"Super clear product details"
I really liked how the product pages had pretty much everything I needed, like sizing, materials, and plenty of photos. It made picking the right jeans so much easier without having to guess

"Support Was Okay, Just a Little Slow"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it took a little longer than I thought it would to hear back. They did answer my question, and they were polite, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything... just not super fast, and the first reply wasn’t totally clear. Overall it was fine, average. I might order again, but I’d definitely hope support is a bit quicker next time.

"Looked better in the photos"
The jeans were okay, but the pictures made the wash and stitching look a lot nicer than they are. In person, they’re darker and just kind of different than I expected. They’re not terrible, but for the price, I felt a little misled.

I had been checking on this randomly for a few days, usually while drinking my morning coffee, and then I got the restock email not long after it came back in stock. Simple, but it did exactly what I was hoping it would do

"Easy to find the jeans I was looking for"
I found the jeans I wanted quickly without having to dig through a bunch of random stuff, which I really appreciated.
The search worked well for style names, and the filters made it easy to narrow things down by size and wash. stores that make you scroll forever when they have the tools to avoid it are just wasting people’s time, so this was a nice change.
Checkout was straightforward, and my jeans showed up when expected. I’d definitely use Rock Revival again

I like the jeans on Rock Revival. The styles are solid. But sizes sell out fast. A few pairs I wanted weren’t in my size. Some colors were gone too. The site is easy to use. Just wish they had more stock. Not bad. Just annoying when you finally find something you like...

"Rock Revival, or whatever, sent my jeans in a torn-up bag"
I ordered a pair of jeans from rockrevival.com, and the package showed up looking like it had been dragged around. Their little shipping bag had barely any protection and was ripped open in spots, so of course the jeans were dirty when I pulled them out. For what they charge, that’s ridiculous.

I don’t really get how anyone could complain about the selection here. There were a ton of styles to look through, and I had no problem browsing the jeans, shirts, and different sizes. It actually took me a while to pick something, but that’s only because there was so much good stuff to choose from...

"Wanted to Love Them, But Not Quite"
I really thought these jeans were going to be a good find. The fit was actually fine when I first put them on, so I was feeling hopeful. But after wearing them around for a few hours, they started to feel stiff and a little heavy. The waistband also began rubbing in a way that got annoying fast. They looked okay, but comfort-wise, they just didn’t work for me.

"Legit jeans, shipping was just a little slow"
I ordered a pair of Rock Revival jeans my gut told me they were the real deal as soon as I checked them out. The tags, stitching, and wash all looked right to me, definitely not like some cheap knockoff. Shipping did take a few extra days, and the tracking didn’t update much, so that was a little annoying. But overall, I’m happy with the purchase.

I’ve used the loyalty rewards on Rock Revival a couple times now, they’re nice. They don’t save you a ton right away, but they do help a bit when you’re ordering again, which I appreciate. Using the points was simple enough, no big drama there. I do wish they explained everything a little better upfront though, because I was kind of guessing at first. Still, not bad at all, actually good. I’d give it 4 stars.

I picked up a pair of Rock Revival jeans i’m impressed. The denim feels thick and durable without being uncomfortable or stiff, and the stitching looks really clean. They fit pretty much exactly how I was hoping they would. I’ve worn them a few times now and they still look brand new, which is always a good sign. Overall, I’m happy with them... definitely feel like they’ll hold up for a while.

"Packaging felt a little careless"
My order did show up fine, but the packaging was underwhelming. The box was a bit banged up and there wasn’t much inside to keep the jeans from sliding around, so it kind of felt like not a ton of care went into packing it.
The jeans themselves were still in good shape, so it wasn’t a huge problem. I just expected things to look a little nicer for the price. Overall, not terrible, but not exactly impressive either...

"Nice site, but kind of confusing to shop"
The website looks good overall, but actually shopping on it wasn’t the smoothest for me. Some of the menus worked fine, but I had to click around way too much just to find certain jeans and sizes, and that part was weird. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not as easy to browse as I expected. Checkout was normal once I finally got there.
